Who We Are

The Irie Foundation seeks to empower South Florida’s at-risk youth to lead productive lives through mentorship programs, cultural experiences and scholarship opportunities. By following the young people it serves from middle school through high school, the Foundation’s ultimate goal is to inspire and encourage its students to graduate high school, pursue higher education and develop into successful adults.

What We Do

Irie Foundation is achieving more with our initiatives than ever before. We work on many exciting projects to help improve the lives of others, and are very proud of the progress we continue to make. Learn more about what we do, who we help, and how we work every day to promote positive change.

GEM

The Irie Foundation works directly with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami to offer Group Engagement and Mentoring at their headquarters, the Carnival Center for Excellence.  Carefully designed activities in Music & Arts follow a set curriculum evidenced to have positive impacts on program participants.  GEM serves as a safe and positive environment.

Irie Foundation Impact Scholarship

With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need. With access to the right resources, students can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential.  Irie Foundation supports high school seniors with scholarship money for post-secondary education.

Boogie Live Broadcast Studio

This broadcast suite is a world-class facility where students report on or create stories that they edit and distribute via digital outlets.  Instructors with a passion for ideas that resonate with youth will provide opportunities for them to collaborate and perform with their peers.
